I ordered quarter sawn white oak wood from this company to use on a project that I was working on. I would have been satisfied with somewhat of a ray match between woods. I sent them the photo below showing the wood grain that I was trying to match and three of the pieces (stained) that they sent me above it. As you can see, I received a hodgepodge of common white oak lumber. I contacted them. No response received.
We bought a board of redheart. When we ordered it, it didn't say anything about being a glued up board. When it was received, we found it to be glued up. We reached out to the seller and there was no response. We reached out again, and again there was no response. Very disappointed in the product and Customer Service. When one board is over 100.00, they should at least work with the customer, especially when they had false advertising.
