Lindsey, never would call me back! I left 5 or 6 messages and she absolutely would not call me back and I know she was there i would call and give a different name and miraculously she would be there! Go I appreciate everything they did for me but its there loss!!!
This time last year I bought an excellent truck here. I told them what I needed and they made it happen. I will buy here again when it's time to upgrade the wife's vehicle. Strongly recommend this dealership.
Stole my deposit after approving me for a different much higher mile truck on a much larger loan. Several calls and text sent. Response? it can take 3-5 business days. No deposit returned. It’s been two weeks. And “ mr. Geoff Rogers” reply to another review (Sean Thompson) on here is incredibly unprofessional. The truck I wanted even had a shoty rust repair running along the under side of the passenger door that wasn’t sanded either, so I’m inclined to believe most of Thompson’s opinion. I can at least testify that their body work is awful. As always, shop with caution. And give me back my deposit.
We had an appointment with Lindsey for 10 am on December 23rd to test drive a car. We drove the 86 miles to get there and she was not there. She did not answer calls or has she bothered to let us know what happened. Today is Tuesday and we have still not heard a word from anyone there. I called today at 10 am and Josh answered the phone. I informed him of going there and nobody being there and he said “it was Christmas ma’am, did you really expect us to be here working?” I said yes because Lindsey had a scheduled appointment with us and then he said “well we closed early”. So even with a scheduled appointment they apparently opened at 9 and closed at 10!? I would not buy anything from them at this point.
We bought a 2008 Mountaineer love it had it for 2 years now.
